We source 32 ready-to-use powder food colours for biscuits, cream fillings and confectionery from an established Indian colour maker. They are food colours, not raw chemicals. Titanium dioxide is supplied as a white food colour.

How do oil-based and water-based flavours differ for biscuits?

Oil-based flavours suit fat-containing applications such as biscuit dough, while water-based flavours suit water-based applications. Ask JSS Enterprises India to check the supplier specification against your recipe and process, including heat stability and dosage.

Do you supply food flavours in bulk for export?

Yes. JSS Enterprises India sources food flavours in commercial quantities for biscuit and confectionery plants. Export documents include a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

Can you match a flavour we already use?
