The website gives general information about the products we supply. It is not an offer to sell. We try to keep it accurate and current, but product ranges, specifications and availability change, and the site can contain errors.
Photos and drawings are for illustration. The actual product can differ in colour, finish or detail. Specifications are confirmed in the quote.
3. Quotes and Orders
- A quote is not binding until we confirm your order in writing, for example by a proforma invoice or an order confirmation.
- Prices, quantities, lead times, payment terms and shipping terms (Incoterms) are stated in the quote. We confirm lead times with the maker, so they are given in the quote and not on the website.
- The written terms of a confirmed order take priority over these website terms.
- Quotes on the Spares quote pages are valid for the period shown on the quote.
4. Product Suitability and Custom-Made Items
You are responsible for checking that a product suits your machine, process and product, and for the accuracy of the drawings, samples, dimensions and part numbers you send. Custom-made items, such as biscuit dies and moulds and cooling canvas and web belts, are made by our manufacturing partners to your drawing or dimensions, under JSS supervision.
5. Food Ingredients and Import Rules
Food ingredients, flavours and colours must meet the rules of the country where they are used. Permitted colours and additives differ by country. You are responsible for checking that a product is permitted in your country before you order. HS and HSN codes on this website are a guide only; confirm them with your customs broker.
6. Brand Names and Trademarks
Machine makers’ names, brand names, model names and part numbers are used for identification only. They belong to their owners. Their use does not mean that JSS is linked to, authorised by or approved by those owners, and we do not claim that the parts we supply are original manufacturer parts unless the quote says so.
7. Our Content
The text, photos, graphics, logo and design of this website belong to J. S. S. Enterprises or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not use the website or its forms to send spam, false information or harmful code, to collect data from the site by automated means, or to try to get access to parts of the site that are not public.
9. Links to Other Websites
