How ordering spare parts works

From the first photo to the parts arriving at your factory, here is every step, what you will see on your phone, and when you pay.

  1. Send your request

    Use the form on the spares page or message us on WhatsApp. Send whichever of these you have:

    • A photo of the part, plus its nameplate if it has one. Take it straight from your phone.
    • A part number, with the machine make and model if you know it.
    • A spare list as a PDF, Excel or CSV file, for several parts at once.

    Add the quantity, your country and your WhatsApp number. You get a reference number on screen as soon as the request is sent.

  2. We confirm the part with you

    Identification is AI-assisted, and a JSS team member checks every part before it is quoted. If anything is unclear, such as a size, a voltage or a machine model, we ask you on WhatsApp first.

    We then check sourcing options with specialist suppliers in India. Most parts are quoted within 24 hours. Rare parts can take 2 to 3 days. If we can't source a part, we tell you honestly.

  3. Open your quote link

    Your quote arrives on WhatsApp as a private link. It opens in any phone browser, with nothing to install and no account to create.

    • One all-in price per part, in US dollars.
    • The exact DHL or FedEx shipping cost to your city.
    • What to pay and when, and the date the price is valid until.

    Keep the link. The same page shows your order status until the parts are shipped.

  4. Pay the advance to start sourcing

    Your quote page shows the exact amount due. Once the advance is received, we order your parts.

    • Standard terms: 50% of the parts value in advance. The balance, including shipping, is paid before shipment.
    • Nigeria: for Nigerian buyers, we offer 30% advance.
    • Orders under USD 300 carry a USD 50 handling fee and are paid 100% in advance. The fee is waived above USD 300.

  5. See your parts, pay the balance, receive them

    We source your parts from specialist suppliers in India. Before you pay the balance, we send you photos of the actual parts on WhatsApp, so you see what you are paying for.

    After the balance is received, we ship by DHL or FedEx. The air waybill number appears on your quote page when the parts are shipped.

JSS Enterprises has traded since 2007. The Spares Division is a new, specialised initiative.

  • No minimum order

    One bearing or a full spare list. Small orders carry the USD 50 handling fee.

  • Every part is sourced for you

    We don't hold stock, so each part is bought for your order from specialist suppliers in India.

  • Older machines

    Send the nameplate or the machine make and model. We often find parts for older bakery and biscuit lines.

  • Registered exporter

    GST Registered · IEC Registered. Shipping to factories across Africa and the Middle East.
